Fog "Density" field dragging is too sensitive

Editor: Make fog density field use Slider().
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP Unity project
2. Go to Window -> Rendering -> Lighting -> Environment -> Other Settings
3. Navigate to the "Density" field and drag it
4. Observe the results
Expected results: The value change is slow because the value can be changed only between 0 and 1
Actual results: The value changes too fast and it's hard to choose small values
Reproducible with: 6000.0.22f1
Can't test with: 2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.49f1 (No such settings)
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.0 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
