Mesh gizmos in Shape module produces visual artifacts

How to reproduce:

1. Import the attached package
2. Open Sample Scene scene
3. Select Particle System > Test GO in the Hierarchy
4. Pan scene view camera around

Expected result: No visual artifacts when camera is panned around

Reproduced on macOS M1; Could not reproduce on Windows (DX11, Vulkan), macOS Intel

• Create a simple builtin renderpipeline project
• Import package & Open Scene
• Select "GameObject", you will see a wire cube in Scene View
• Drag the view & Observe the artefact
