Steps to reproduce

1. Clone the [Internal link] 
2. Change the GraphicsAPI to Vulkan
3. Run the following test through the Test Runner (Window > General > Test Runner) BakePerformance_BakeWithGPUOnDemandIndirect_OutputIsConsistent("Camera_1")
4. Observe the output under Assets/Resources/ActualImages/Linear/WindowsEditor/Vulkan/None
