Crash on MonoStringNewUTF16 when calling WebCamTexture.devices with more than 20 active webcams

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-91406.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Ensure over 20 webcam devices are available
4. Enter Play Mode
5. Observe the crash

Reproducible in: 2022.3.58f1, 6000.0.37f1, 6000.1.0b5, 6000.2.0a2

Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
