Sliders yellow randomization indicators are shown when randomization is turned off

As a user, I would expect the yellow randomization indicators on sliders to go away or gray out if I turn off randomization. When they are shown the same regardless of randomization being on or off, it can be a little bit confusing.

Repro

1. Create an ARC
2. Enable randomization for volume
3. Set min value to something below 0 dB to show the yellow indicator
4. Disable randomization for volume

Expected: The yellow indicators go away or gray out

Actual: The yellow indicators look the same regardless of randomization being on or off
