Steps to reproduce:
1. Unzip the attached user's APK "TestApk.apk"
2. Install the provided APK to a Quest 3S device
3. Open Android Logcat and search for "setPowerState: STANDBY"
4. Put the headset to sleep, observe the "powerState: Standby" be printed
5. Wait for a minute
6. Wake up the device and obeserve the application crash
Expected results: Application does not crash on Quest 3S when waking up the HDM if Symmetric projection is enabled
Actual results: Application crashes on Quest 3S when waking up the HDM if Symmetric projection is enabled
Reproducible with according to the user: OpenXR 1.13.1 (6000.0.28f1)
Could not test on: 2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.54f1, 6000.0.28f1, 6000.0.0a7 due to the issue only reproducing on Quest 3S

Notes:
-Note that the user project renders in multi-view with "Symmetric projection" enabled in "OculusXRPackageSettings/MetaQuestFeatiure_Android". If you turn "symmetric projection" off, the crash does not happen anymore
-The crash with a stacktrace originating in "libUnityOpenXR.so"
-User's crash stacktrace is attached "logfile_crash_sleep1Minute_Q3S.txt"
-Devices are on firmware version 71.0
-According to the user issue does not reproduce with OculusXR plugin
