Popup displays an error icon instead of a warning icon when creating a Tag with an already existing Tag name

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3d template
2. Select any GameObject in the Hierarchy window
3. Click on the Tag in the Inspector window and click the "Add Tag..." button
4. Press the + button to add a new tag
5. Enter any name and press save
6. Repeat step 4
7. Enter the same identical name and press save
8. Observe the Tag popup window

Actual results: The error icon is shown

Expected results: The warning icon is shown

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.53f1, 6000.1.11f1, 6000.2.0b9, 6000.3.0a1

Can’t test with versions: 6000.2.0b8 (feature was not yet introduced)

Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.5
