Steps to reproduce:

Create a project
Go to Edit -> Project Settings
Go to the "Tags and Layers"
Expand the "Tags" section
Expand the "Sorting Layers" section
Expand the "Rendering Layers" section
Observe the UI

Actual results: The mentioned sections go out of the window. Marging is missed. A screenshot is added below in the "Attachments" section.

Expected results: Margin should be implemented. A window should be consistent with other "Project Settings" windows.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.46f1, 6000.2.0a8, 6000.1.0b14

Not reproducible with versions:
