Editor freezes when performing basic GameObject operations in a new HDRP template project

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project using HDRP template
2. Perform basic GameObject operations, such as creating Light GameObjects, modifying them, and entering Play Mode (see attached videos)
3. Continue performing such operations in the Editor for a few minutes
4. Observe the Editor

Actual results: The Editor fully freezes after a few minutes, stops reacting to input, cannot be closed normally, and must be killed manually

Expected results: The Editor remains responsive while performing basic GameObject operations in a new HDRP template project

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.13f1, 6000.4.5f1, 6000.5.0b5

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.74f1

Can’t test with versions: 6000.6.0a4 (HDRP template not available)

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04 (Dell Inc. XPS 15 9510, 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i9-11900H × 16, 64 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX™ 3050 Ti Laptop GPU)

Notes:

• Could not find the FAV due to the issue being really inconsistent and likely reproducing under different circumstances each time
• On some instances "Vulkan - Suboptimal memory type used for buffer because of low memory" warnings would also be spammed in the Console
• Does not occur with URP template
• In the attached videos, the freeze occurs a little after 1 minute. The cursor is not visible, but the Editor stops reacting to input and cannot be closed normally
