Buttons "Create workspace" and  "Download & Install" are not capitalized  in the UVC window according to Unity standards

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project 
2. Go to the "Unity Version Control" window
3. Observe and click the "Create workspace" button
4. Leave all the default data in the "Repository" and "Workspace name" fields and click the "Create workspace" button one more time
5. Click the "Branch Explorer" button, which is displayed not far from the "Upgrade Plan" button
6. Observe the buttons in the "Unity Version Control" pop-up

Actual results: "Create workspace" and  "Download & install" are not capitalized  

Expected results: It should be "Create Workspace" and "Download & Install"

Reproducible with versions: 2.10.2(6000.0.67f1), 2.11.3(6000.3.8f1, 6000.4.0b8, 6000.5.0a6) 

Tested on (OS): macOS - Tahoe 26.2
