Steps to reproduce:

Create a project (Universal 2D)
Set Unity theme to "Light"
Go to the "Project" window
Click "Create" -> Shader Graph -> Blank Shader Graph
Verify that it is created
Select it, double-click it, and verify that the "New Shader Graph" window opens
Go to the shader graph window
Right-click -> Create Node
Verify that the "Create Window" window opens
Close the project
Open the project again

Actual results: Blank, Light-Themed "Create Node" window becomes visible on the next project open

Expected results: No window

Reproducible with versions: 17.0.4(6000.0.53f1), 17.1.0(6000.1.11f1), 17.2.0(6000.2.0b10), 17.3.0(6000.3.0a2)

Not reproducible with versions: -

Can’t test with versions: -

Tested on (OS): M1 Max - Sequoia 15.5
