"Failed to open UVCS Window" error is thrown when the "Configure Unity Version Control" button is pressed in the Build Automation settings in Build Profiles

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Install the Build Automation package (com.unity.services.cloud-build)
3. Open the Build Profiles window (File > Build Profiles)
4. Click the Add Build Profile button
5. Add macOS Build Profile
6. Select the newly created macOS Build Profile
7. Click on the "Add Settings" button and select "Build Automation Settings"
8. Click on the "Configure Unity Version Control" button
9. Observe the Console window

Actual results: Unity Version Control window is not opened and a "Failed to open UVCS Window" error is thrown

Expected results: Unity Version Control window is opened and no errors are thrown

Reproducible with versions: 2.9.1, 2.9.2 (6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0a6)

Not reproducible with versions: 2.8.2 (6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0a6)

Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6
