1. Open the attached project "editorvulkancrash.zip"
2. Open Window>General>Scene

Expected results: The Scene view window is opened
Actual results: Editor exits

Reproducible with: 2021.3.16f1, 2021.3.26f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.15f1, 2022.2.21f1, 2023.1.0b18, 2023.2.0a16
Could not test with: 2020.3.48f1 (compilation error in the Console window)

Reproducible on: Windows 10
