Saving graph saves all graphs

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any two graph
2. Make some changes in both of them
3. Use the shortcut to save (ctrl+S)

Actual results: both graphs are saved

Expected results: only the currently focused graph window's graph is saved

Tested on (OS): MacOS

Notes:

• using the save button in the toolbar saves only the currently focused graph
