Dash pattern SVG results in errors when any dash stroke argument is 0

How to reproduce:

1. Create and open a new project
2. Import into the project the “DashedBug.svg“ file
3. Observe the Console

Actual result: “All dash pattern values must be positives“ error is thrown, and the SVG is unusable
Expected result: No errors are thrown, or a warning is thrown, but SVG is usable

Reproducible in: 1.0.0-preview.13, 3.0.0-preview.2 (6000.3.1f1, 6000.4.0b1, 6000.5.0a3)
Could not test in: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.64f1 (SVG files are not supported there yet)

Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (24H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested

Note: When the SVG is imported into an online editor, in the Stroke tab, one of the Dash array arguments is 0, which is the condition for this bug - In the online editor, the SVG is still usable and is rendered
