Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “2DProject”
2. Select the “Assets/Eye_Bug_CG.psb” file, click the “Open Sprite Editor” Button in the Inspector Window
3. In the Sprite Editor Window click the dropdown menu at the top-left corner and select “Skinning Editor”
4. Select any of the bones to rename, and use the mouse cursor to highlight the name
5. Type with the keyboard and observe the console for errors
Expected result: Bone is renamed and no console errors
Actual result: Error “ArgumentOutOfRangeException: startIndex cannot be larger than length of string” is thrown

Not Reproducible with: 5.2.4 (2020.3.44f1), 7.0.9 (2021.3.17f1), 9.0.0-pre.1 (2022.2.0a13), 10.0.0-pre.2 (2023.2.0a6), 10.0.0 (2023.1.0b10, 2023.2.0a8)
