Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “IN-88478.zip” project
2. Open the “Packages/Core RP Library/ShaderLibrary/UnityDOTSInstancing.hlsl” file in your code editor
3. Modify anything in the file and save the changes
4. Go back to the Editor
Expected result: The Editor performs a Shader recompilation
Actual result: No recompilation occurs
