Player crashes on __memcpy_aarch64_simd+276 when invoking native code via a plugin on some ARM64 Android devices

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “ReproProject”
2. Ensure IL2CPP is selected as the Scripting Backend at (menu: Edit > Project Settings > Player > Other Settings > Configuration)
3. Select ARM64 as the Target Architecture
4. Build And Run on an ARM64 Android device
5. Observe the Player

Expected result: The Player run successfully
Actual result: Player crashes immediately after launch

Reproducible with: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.23f1
Couldn’t test with: 2023.2.17f1, 6000.0.0b14 (Building Library\Bee\artifacts\Android\d8kzr\mwnjewhwvee2.o failed with output:
\Library\Bee\artifacts\Android\il2cppOutput\cpp\Misc.cpp(13,19): error: copying variable of type 'std::atomic<bool>' invokes deleted constructor std::atomic<bool> sKeepThreadsRunning = false

• Not reproducible with Mono Scripting Backend
• Not reproducible on Standalone (Windows) build
• Couldn’t test on IOS ( Project contains Android plugins with no IOS equivalents)
• All the devices tested above support ARM64 bit
