User gets an error "MissingReferenceException: The object of type 'UnityEditor.DockArea' has been destroyed but you are still trying to access it."

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project;
2. Go to the menu "Window" -> "Text";
3. Select "Sprite Importer"
4. Verify that the "Sprite Importer" popup becomes visible;
5. Click the kebab menu and verify that the contextual menu becomes visible;
6. Close the "Sprite Importer" window;
7. Observe that the contextual menu stays on the screen;
8. In the contextual menu, which is still displayed, select "Add Tab" -> "Scene";
9. Observe the "Console" window.

Expected Result: When the user closes the "Sprite Importer" popup contextual menu should be removed too. Any errors in the Console.

Actual Result: The console displays an error "MissingReferenceException: The object of type 'UnityEditor.DockArea' has been destroyed but you are still trying to access it.
Your script should either check if it is null or you should not destroy the object." Added screenshot in the "Attachments" section.

Not reproducible with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.3.13f1, 2023.1.19f1, 2023.2.0a14.
