Open SG > Graph Inspector, untick Support VFX Graph box in HDRP active target

Actual results: Observe that VFX is no longer rendered and errors are thrown
Expected results: If VFX uses the URP Shader as the active target while URP is not the active pipeline in the project, the VFX should display in magenta and an informative warning should appear.
