UI Toolkit IntegerField accepts letters

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-94139“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Type letters in the Integer Field at the top of the screen
5. Observe Result

Expected result: Letters should not be accepted
Actual result: Letters are accepted

Reproducible in: 2022.3.57f1, 6000.0.37f1, 6000.1.0b5, 6000.2.0a2

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Notes:

• Also reproducible in Player
• The following letters are not accepted: b, g, h, j, k, m, w, y, z
• After focusing out, the letters disappear from the Integer Field
