This is an issue with how GTK handles the drop-down menus. They are context menus, and when GTK in GNOME creates a context menu it creates enough space for the entire menu, though cuts it off to fit on the screen. Then the view is made scrollable and will show empty space.

Steps to reproduce:

Open any Unity project in FullScreen
Select an asset in the Project Browser
In the Inspector, scroll down to the Asset Bundles section
Open either of the two dropdown menus

Actual results: Both dropdown menus contain an empty row of options

Expected results: Dropdown menus should only show valid options without any empty entries

Reproducible with versions: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.53f1, 6000.1.12f1, 6000.2.0b10, 6000.3.0a2

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 22.04

Not reproducible on(OS): macOS 15.6

Notes: Only reproducible in FullScreen Editor mode
