How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “IN-137472”
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Observe the text in the Game View while changing the width of the Game View window

Actual result: TextCore text does not scale smoothly and wrapping changes based on screen width
Expected result: TextCore text scales smoothly

Reproducible with: 6000.2.0a8 (6bc6fbc26ac6), 6000.3.11f1, 6000.4.1f1, 6000.5.0b1, 6000.6.0a1
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.71f1, 6000.2.0a7

Reproducible on: Windows 11
