Cancelling this 6000.2 port since this issue was fixed in trunk when it was still 6000.0.11f1.

Cancelling this 2023.2 tech release issue since the support for this release has come to end of life. Cancelling this 2023.2 port case does not affect any LTS or Unity 6 Beta/Preview that remain open.
Steps:
Open the attached "ScreenOrientation20174-TestProject" project
Build and Run for iOS Platform
In the application make sure that the "Portrait" orientation is selected
Press "Landscape Left" or "Landscape Right" button
Observe the Safe Area values
Minimize the app and then reopen it
Observe the Safe Area values again
Expected: Values stay the same as before minimizing the app Actual: Values jump back to original resolution values, and a line at the bottom where the swipe indicator is - disappears
