Build fails when the project's name contains Mac terminal's command and the scripting backend is set to IL2CPP

Reproduction steps:

1. Open the attached “My $(echo injected) project.zip” project
2. Uncheck the Development Build option in the Build Settings (File > Build Settings)
3. Set the Scripting Backend to “IL2CPP” in the Player Settings
4. Build And Run the project (File > Build And Run)

Expected result: Build fails
Actual result: Build succeeds

Reproducible with: 2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.15f1, 2022.1.24f1, 2022.1.1f1, 2023.1.0a21

Reproducible on: M1 MacOS 13.0
Not reproducible on: Windows 10 (21H2), Intel MacOS 13.0

Note: The issue is reproducible on both M1 and Intel Editors on M1 Mac
