Shrinking the Search Window flips scroll bar direction

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Open the Search Window (Window -> Search -> New Window)
3. Resize the Search Window so that the scroll becomes tiny
4. Try scrolling using mouse

Expected result: The scroll bar up position does not become down position
Actual result: When scrolling all the way up the scroll bar shows that it's in the bottom position
