Error "InvalidOperationException: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found" logged when entering Play Mode in 2D Common Sample Scene

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a 2D Project
2. In Package Manager find Package "2D Common" and install from it's "Samples" section the "Sprite Atlas Samples"
3. Open Scene "AssetBundle1" and enter Play Mode

Actual results: Error "InvalidOperationException: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found" is logged in the Console

Expected results: No Errors are present when entering Play Mode in an unaltered Sample Scene

Reproducible with versions: 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.20f1, 6000.0.9f1 (2D Common 9.0.2, 9.0.5)

Can’t test with versions: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.36f1 (No Samples)
