The Reset button does not reset the Default Inherited Theme in Default Theme

Unity 6000.2 has reached its end of life and will not receive further updates. If you need additional fixes, please upgrade to a newer Unity version.

Steps to reproduce:

Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
Create a new Default Runtime Theme File (Assets > Create > UI Toolkit > Default Runtime Theme File)
Select the newly created Default Runtime Theme File in the Project Browser
Remove the Default Inherited Theme
Click the burger icon button in the Inspector window
Select "Reset"
Observe the Inherited Themes list

Actual results: The Default Inherited Theme is not in the Inherited Themes list

Expected results: The Default Inherited Theme is in the Inherited Themes list

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.61f1, 6000.2.10f1, 6000.3.0b8, 6000.4.0a4
