Closing keyboard reader border jumps to the top left corner of screen

How to reproduce:

1. Download and open [Internal link]
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Open UI Controls tab
4. Double click Text Field input field to open keyboard
5. Close the keyboard

Expected result: Border returns to some UI element

Actual result: Border appears for some time in the top left corner
