Steps to reproduce:

Create and open a new project
Create a script with a compilation error inside it
Restart the project in Safe Mode
Right-click on the Project tab
Navigate to "Add Tab" and observe the options

Actual results: One of the options is "BuilderInspectorWindow" (Which opens a "UI Builder Inspector")

Expected results: One of the options is "Inspector"

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.0f1, 6000.0.77f1, 6000.3.17f1, 6000.4.11f1, 6000.5.0f1, 6000.6.0a7

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro (25H2), macOS 26

Notes:

If another window is maximized, the open UI Builder Inspector will get corrupted
Standard Inspector can be opened through the toolbar at the top (Window -> General -> Inspector)
