Manual reference page for Grid Selection is missing

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project
2. Open the Tile Palette window
3. Using the Select tool, select the tile in the Palette
4. In the Inspector window click on the "Open Reference for Grid Selection" (Question mark symbol)

Actual results: The manual page for Grid Selection is missing

Expected results: The Grid Selection reference manual page is presented

Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.45f1, 6000.1.0b13, 6000.2.0a8

Tested on (OS): macOS 15.3.2

Notes:

• The button for "Open Reference for Grid Selection" can also be accessed by selecting placed Tiles in the Scene's Tilemap
