Package Cache warning is thrown on opening the project

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an HDRP3D or HDRPSample3D project

2. Observe the console

Actual result: "The package cache was invalidated and rebuilt because the following immutable asset(s) were unexpectedly altered" warning is thrown
