Longer build profile titles are not compatible with the resized window

How to reproduce:

1. Create a new project
2. Go to "File" ->"Build Profiles"
3. Select any platform from the list
4. Click the "Add Build Profile" button
5. Verify, that build profile items become added to the list
6. Please select it and rename it to a much longer title
7. Resize the window, make it smaller
8. Observe the section where the profile title and button "Switch Profile" is displayed

Actual result: An overlapping becomes visible. An attachment is added below in the "Attachments" section.
Expected result: Title should be shortened with " ...."

Reproducible with:  2023.3.0b1, 2023.3.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2023.3.0a19.
