Visual Scripting Sticky Notes Title text highlight goes outside of Sticky Note bounds

Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Create > Visual Scripting > State Graph
3. Double-click on the newly created asset to open State Graph window
4. Right-click in the State Graph and select “Create Sticky Note” option
5. Double-click on the Sticky Note Title and observe

Actual result: Text highlight goes over the Sticky Note bounds
Expected result: Text highlight stays within the Sticky Note bounds

Reproducible with: 1.9.8 (6000.2.7f1, 6000.3.0b4)
Not reproducible with: 1.9.8 (2021.3.57f1, 2022.3.67f1, 6000.0.59f1, 6000.2.6f1, 6000.4.0a1)
