Steps to reproduce:

Create and open a new project
Add any GameObject to the scene (to later use as a reference)
Install the Recorder package
Open Window -> General -> Recorder window
Dock the Recorder window on any panel
Set up a Movie strip, start recording
While recording, maximize and un-maximize the Recorder tab
Stop recording and observe the video

Actual results: At some point, the video starts recording in a smaller area

Expected results: At all points, the recorded area stays the same

Reproducible with versions: 4.0.0, 5.1.6 (6000.4.4f1)

Can’t test with versions: 3.0.2 (6000.0.0f1, 6000.4.4f1) (NullReferenceError is thrown upon starting recording)

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro (25H2)
