This template is deprecated and the release overhead to put out a 1-line documentation is too high.

Steps to reproduce:
1. ** Create a new AR template project
2. Press the link in the AR Project Template popup window
3. Check the Documentation version of the newly opened wndow

Actual results: 2019.4 version is displayed
Expected results: 2021.3 version is displayed

Reproducible with versions: 2021.3.50f1
Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.43f1, 6000.1.0b11, 6000.2.0a7 (no AR Template)

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 20.04
