Shader Graph Template Browser does not have the new feature Terrain Shaders when creating new Shader Graph

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. In the Project window, right-click and select Create>Shader Graph>From Template
3. Look for Terrain Lit Shader Graph option

Expected result: The Template window has the Terrain Lit Shader Graph option
Actual result: The Shader Graph Template Browser does not have the new Terrain Shaders

Reproducible with: 6000.3.0b4, 6000.4.0a1
Could not test with: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.59f1, 6000.2.7f1 (Shader Graph templates were not implemented)

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
