"Interruption Source", "Ordered Interruption" and "Can Transition To Self" fields are not pasted to transition settings when pasting transition parameters

How to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-143781” project
2. Open “SampleScene”
3. Select “TestObject”
4. In the Animator window, copy the transition parameters of transition from “Any State” to “State A”
5. Paste the Settings to the transition from “Any State” to “State B”
6. Observe the result

Actual Result: All of the settings are pasted except "Interruption Source", "Ordered Interruption", and "Can Transition To Self"
Expected Result: All of the settings are pasted
