Muse Sprite and Texture Generator windows are dirtied without changes

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Muse Sprite or Texture Generator
2. Close it
3. Observe "Unsaved Changes Detected" window

Expected result: When no changes are present, there is no prompt to save the generator
Actual result: Regardless of changes present, there is a prompt to save the generator

Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a19 (Muse Sprite 1.0.0-pre.3, Muse Texture 1.0.0-pre.2)
