Editor windows become greyed out when resizing/interacting with them using the Competitive Action Multiplayer template

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Competitive Action Multiplayer template
2. Click the "I'll explore on my own" button
3. Resize the Inspector window, Project Browser, Hierarchy window
4. Observe the Editor

Actual results: All the Editor windows become greyed out

Expected results: No Editor windows are greyed out

Reproducible with versions: 4.0.4 (6000.0.61f1), 5.0.1 (6000.3.0b1), 5.0.2 (6000.2.10f1, 6000.3.0b8, 6000.4.0a3)

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 (does not reproduce), MacOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6.1 (reproduces)
