How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN_63148” project
2. In the Build Settings press Build And Run
3 Observe the Player

Expected result: texture is not pink
Actual result: texture is pink

Reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.1.24f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.2.15f1, 2022.3.16f1, 2023.2.2f1, 2023.3.0a19
Couldn’t test with: 2022.2.0a1 - 2022.3.14f1 (due to null NullReferenceException from URP package)

Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Notes:

Reproducible on Vulkan and OpenGLES Graphics API
Reproducible on iOS, Android, and Windows Standalone Platforms (others not tested)
Couldn’t find the fixed version due to errors in the Console
