Shortcuts: Multi-word component names are given without the spaces in "Category" section

While in general we try to separate Multi-Word parts in this particular case this is part of the path how user can define/redefine his shortcut, so if we change this, users will need to manually edit copied content in order to make it working.

Steps to reproduce:

Create a project
Go to menu "Unity" -> "Shortcuts"
Verify, that "Shortcuts" window opens
Observe "Category" list

Expected result: Component names from few words should be displayed with the spaces

Actual result: Component names are displayed without the spaces. Screenshot added in the "Attachments" section

Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a2, 2023.1.0b3, 2022.2.7f1, 2021.3.18f1, 2020.3.45f1.

Tested on MacOS Monterey, Version 12.6.2
