Collapsing the "Packages - Unity" section leaves the selected package not collapsed

We need to have at least an item in the list selected because of the details view and inspector. This is why collapsing any header in the list view will keep the current selected package.

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Open the Package Manager
3. Make sure the "In Project" section is selected
4. Select any package and collapse the "Packages - Unity" list
5. Observe the result

Expected results: The selected package is collapsed
Actual results: The selected package is not collapsed

Reproducible with: 2021.3.42f1, 2022.3.42f1, 6000.0.16f1

Reproducible on: macOS Sonoma 14.5 (M1)

Note: The package can't be unselected by clicking the empty spots when packages are collapsed
