Fix game view flicker with HDR and Reflection Probe

How to reproduce:
1. Make sure that your display is using HDR
2. Open the “HDR_bug“ project
3. Open the “test“ scene
4. Enter Play Mode

Expected result: The Game view does not flicker
Actual result: The Game view flickers

Reproducible with: 2022.3.17f1, 2022.3.20f1, 2023.2.11f1, 2023.3.0b8
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.3.16f1

Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11 (user’s device)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
