Crash on memcpy when using ScreenCapture.CaptureScreenshot with superSize set to zero

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "CrashRepro"
2. Open "Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity"
3. Set "Super Size" to 0 on NewMonoBehaviourScript on MainCamera GameObject
4. Enter the Play mode

Expected result: The Play mode starts
Actual result: Editor crashes

Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a9, 6000.0.0b15
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.18f1, 2023.3.0a8

Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: macOS 14.4.1 (Intel)
