Probes disappear after chaning subdivision levels

This should be reproducible in any APV project, adding mine for convenience.

1) Bake with 27m subdivision

2) Enable APV debug to see the probes

3) Bake with 9m subdivision

Expected: probes dont disappear

Result: probes disappear

Its an issue with the debug mode and not the probes as they still influence the objects. Also if I restart the editor, the missing probes would appear. Tested on trunk and custom branch.
