Dynamic objects with black baked probes are incorrectly lit when Realtime Shadows Strength value is less than 1

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-107198” project
2. Open the “SampleScene” Scene
3. Observe the Game view

Expected result: The Game view is entirely black
Actual result: A Cube and a Sphere can be seen in the Game view
