Broken UI in Default Preset Add Section of "Preset Manager" window

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project
2. Go to "Edit" -> "Project Settings"
3. Select the "Preset Manager" item
4. Click "Add Default Preset"
5. Select any item from the list
6. Once it is visible in the "Preset Manager: window, observe the window UI

Actual results: The Preset section UI is distorted: the section extends beyond the window, and the section titles are misaligned with their corresponding fields.

Expected results: Titles must be aligned with the fields, the section frame must be consistent, and the section must not exceed the window boundaries.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.53f1, 6000.1.11f1, 6000.2.0b8, 6000.3.0a1
