Steps to reproduce:
1. Checkout linusja-unity/UniSTIR: Unity ReSTIR Example (WIP)
2. Set enableRandomWrite to false in "RayTracingPostProcessingRenderingFeature.cs"
3. Notice nothing is displayed and no error in log
Actual results: Ray tracing is not generated
Expected results: Expect an error or something similar to how compute shader dispatch does
