Some letters on the buttons are missing until button is pressed

Steps:

1. Open attached "InputTest.zip" project
2. Open the "MenuBackground" Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe buttons on the bottom of the Scene

Expected: Full text on buttons is visible
Actual: Few letters are missing from the text

Not reproducible with: 2021.2.34f1, 2022.3.18f1, 2023.2.7f1
